Why can't I use /changelog in RvR zone? Too OP?

i asked the same 2 years ago ...changelog sometimes loads a little, enabling lag-jumping...that's why  |

Causes lags and was misused for that purpose.

It caused "to be un-hittable" into this lag - tho.
