So the Celtic Dual line has been nerfed. Will a free respec be granted? I am not happy with my current spec like it was before the nerf. Thanks!

Don't think respecs had a history of being given with nerfs, that is nerfs that didn't change how the skill-line functioned.
A nerf that reduces stun-times, or follow-ups and such, those gave free respecs.

Nice change btw, but that's a different story...

why should there be respecs for bugfixes? u even took part in the discussion on the issue that was fixed so u have ****** no excuse for "speccing wrong" and wanting a respec...even if there were respecs for bugfixes

back on live my full-cs inf didnt get a respec when pa-kills not unstealthing the player was fixed...and no i never cried for that (in public...though i really lay in my bed and wept 3 days! )

Respecs are DIRT cheap on Hibernia, Ronia. I'm sure you can afford one without breaking the bank.
