This is the very short sighted point of view. And Zarkor, sorry but you are terribly wrong. Forcing players to go to Emain is not the solution at all and will lead to more problems as it will exclude certain types of players which will logout demotivated or go back to playing BG with the next toon. If a keep take task leads to RvR activity in a group vs group style its definitely the right way to reward doing a keep take. You don't notice it but even guard tasks already doing this as it allows small groups to "summon" some inc. I think we already discussed this over and over and we don't need to open this topic in every "welcome, i'm new, whats the status" thread. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

190? Wow. If you honestly think that number in any way accurately depicts the rvr population than you don't actively play this server.
And why are people so actively defending guard tasks???? You think that getting rps for killing yellow mobs is beneficial to RVR? Are you freaking serious? Wow. Obviously you like getting free rps. Can you put a dummy 50 feet outside the portal keeps in enemy zones that give rps every time you hit it? PLEEEEEAASE? ......it will help us low RR babies to fight the big strong high rr peoples!!! |

This is a peak and please don't forget that number changes every hour. Number of players in OF is not a constant nor is the server population. What you see in RvR is a part of it, you can't be everywhere. You don't have all players in one spot. As we already announced there will be keep take tasks which make more sense than killing weak guards as they require some organization. There will be definitely RP for keep takes. This is a RvR activity and should be rewarded that way. If no one comes to defend the keep well the attackers will at least have some reward for their time investment.
