This is the 1st time I have ever heard this. I know all self buff classes get a bonus on their self buffs and the hunter should be included in this. I have never heard another hunter say that their buff values are only 75% of the delved value. Not saying its right or wrong, only that I have never heard that before.

If they were 75% Seyha would've reported it by now so Skarz is just pulling stuff out of his you know what. ;)

i was told literaly the other day by someone who rerolled a hunter after playing a ranger. easy to believe with how crap hunters are it could be bad info also, :cry:

Hunters are crap primarily because LA/CD/DW is the dominant weapon-type on Uthgard, and 95% of the enemies you will encounter have CD or DW. The Scout has the same basic problem.

Well, I would say that is the #1 reason Seyha, and that is followed by the pet doing minimal dmg, and the fact that Hibs get a bow .2 speed slower then they should and hunters dont. Basically those 3 things...

Those are real problems, but they don't explain why the Scout does so bad.

Take away the 50% reduction to evade and block from LA/CD/DW and you will see a lot more Scouts and Hunter in RvR. Especially Scouts...

bow dmg seems to be ok.. i do about 250-350 on leather with my hunter with normal shot
