every time i try to log into anyserver i get render creation failed im using Dell Inspiron "mini" heres my netbook stats:

Direct X problem imo. And maybe graphics driver.

I had this same problem when i switched computers months ago and even though I was sure that I had the most recent video drivers at the time, re-doing them still helped the problem.

have the most recent directx9 and drivers say upto date i was told it could be do to screen size mine is 1024width 600tall.

I too had this prolem when I loaded it on a lenovo s10. It's the short screen size that's the problem. I even tried an screen emulator to try and trick the screen without luck. I think you're out of luck on a netbook type.

Update them anyways. If you have an ATI card, then use the Catalyst to update.
