I don't know who you are, but chances are you have read this! My account was hacked by some player who clearly has no regard for respecting other players.
I have lost 50p direct + all of my zerk template jewels including, worm bracers, shark gem, etc + grim maul and dragon might I want my stuff back! GM's won't/can't help, just pm me and give mme my stuff back, I just want to play my zerk again, I spent so many hours famring for that temp and you steal my ******. |

Who is your character? Ask gm to check the trade log to see where are traded your items.. if the log is activated  There was a time when Uthgard 1.0 existed and maaaany toons and arrpees arose... but now:

Especially not with GF! If she is suddenly your ex or mad at you they will do crazy things like deleting all your chars or items.

I shared my acc with nobody! well just my brother (who actually doesn't play uthard) I would call him and he would occiasionally log my shaman while i farmed ruamarik or needed an extra toon in DF, he has no actual toons so has no reason to steal my stuff. We trust eachother completely. SO i know it is not him, He is too busy to work to even play on rare time I ask him anyway. I expliain all this to admins but they still cannot help me
What problems me the most is... this guy, is still playing who ever he/she is, the behaviour is not punished because nobody has time to chase for it. it will happen again, and untill some high profile player gets hacked admins wont ever respond untill the "inner circle" gets hit. FRUSTRATING! |

why cant they freeze the disputed account and check if/when the email associated with the account was changed?
if it hasn't then just reset the password, if it has been changed, then you can investigate from there. Account disputes should be handled fairly after all. |

there is no issue with me logging in the account, that is fine! its just the recovery of the items that were stolen and traded off my account or possibly sold via the merchants to "hide" th activity.

You probably logged onto another server w/ that account info and they stole all your items
