Apologies if my answer lies somewhere accesible and I just missed it....

Anyway I installed and patched the lastest DAoC client, and installed and patched the classic mod per the fairly simple instructions, as far as I can tell it should be working. Any time I try to login though, using any combination of passwords/usernames I either am told I am not aregistered to use this server type, or that my password is incorrect, am I missing something obvious?

FYI, I also just replaced to the v.109 .dll file, same result.

Bumping this in hopes someone can shed some light on this:

I tried a complete delete and reinstall of both DAoC and DAoC Portal, no avail. I am using the replaced v 1.109.dll file, the correct mods, but same result, client tells me my password is invalid, occasionally I get something about being banned from the server type.

Wondering if there is something i'm missing here. I'm brand new and have never used Uthgard before. I notice that 1.111 is not supported, othet than replacing the .dll file, is there some other necessary step to downgrading the client to be usable?

In every case, the response returned by DAoC portal is:

The client could not connect to the server specified. Either it is not online, or you used a wrong ip/port. If these are not the reason, you may try to update your client to an EU version, as this error is also displayed if the client is not supported by the server.
