To all the haters here:

Ppl organize and announce a 8vs8 event: ppl are like "OMG SO COOL"
Ppl organize and announce a zerg event: ppl are like "Cool idea! Different gameplay for some hours!!"
Ppl organize and announce a stealth event: ppl are like "Booooh, stupid Stealthers, delete all stealthers, noob omg11!"

What the hell is wrong with ou guys
The event is not even proposed to be in Emain, which is GOOD cause the Stealthgangbang is not at amg anymore.

I really don't get the haters here

I think that people don't understand that the zerg event will not be everyday at everymoment everywhere, so please, just say if you are interested or not ^^

Sounds likea good idea, haven't even played infi a while since its just not fun fighting fgs of rangers anymore. However, I feel it will just be Hibgard or Midbernia vs Albion like usual just my experience. Anyways good idea, will just be real hard to not get fgs of visis to show up like DG or something. Anywhere were theres prospect at easy rps you will see Holsten and Flump:)

Well my thoughts on some of the negatives were this:

* What if visi's show up to ruin the fun?: Simple. For starters were stealthers so if fg's are around just stay stealthed and back away. Also, if this event goes down the way that I would like then I think FG's might bite off a bit more then they could chew. FG's show up and see what happens when 2-3 fg's of stealthers attack you. I know BA has killed fg's with their stealthers and I have done similiar with the Cove stealther zerg. Also, I would think the fg's would enjoy having Emain all to themselves with other visi 8 vs 8's.

* I am concerned about how many will show up for Midgard and if maybe too many Hibs show up. I know Albs can put together a very good amount of stealthers and with access to minstrils it would be challenging in the Hib vs Alb fights. I can only hope that Midgard is able to put together a couple fg's.

* What if realms start bringing healer/clerics/druids or other healer bots and hide them?: Alltho I cannot do anything to prevent this I would hope that people try and stick w/ the simple idea of group stealther war fare. Not to mention, its not hard to see if somebody is using DI, and if they are then next time the stealther groups will just have to find and hone in and kill the healer first thing. Hopefully this wont be an issue.

* Will people leave after a couple wipes to one realm or will action be sustained?: Nobody will know for sure till we give it a shot. It is very possible that if Albs come threw and wipe the floor with everyone that Hibs or Mids may choose to quit or go back to Emain, but there is an equal chance that people will take advantage of a lil break from the usual AMG/Emain RvR and try out something a lil different.

It looks like I am starting to get a decent response on this. I would like to set this up for 12:00 noon CST (19:00 CET) on Sunday March 11th. This way its early enough for the American players and not to late for the European players. Please try and get as many stealthers as you can. The more groups of stealthers that are there the more fun this can be.

** I have not announced a zone yet and will not until March 11th

We are doing this because it hopefully will be equal number of stealthers all fighting each other. If we wanted to stealth Zerg for easy rps we ( The Covenant ) would group up at amg and kill everything that came through. So please if you have a 50 stealther on any realm please come out and represent your realm. See you Sunday!

Imo, such called "events" are crap.. i hope for the day there is a real player organized event. (nothing to do with you zack <3)
Its just a RP farm event for the realm who outnumber each other.. nothing to do with "best" or "skill"..

I know its a bit earlier then I planned on posting it, but I figured I would at least give people some time to get ready and prepare for WAR!!! I figure the most fair way of handling this is hosting this in Odins Gate. Midgards will then be even more tempted to come out and play and it makes minstrils have to go out of there way to get some of the good pets. Now they may have some mids camping those spots to pick them off as they try and snag a frost stallion. I cant answer for any of the other Hib groups but the Covenant stealth group will be in full effect. Prepare for anhilliation Mids and Albs!!

P.S.- Hope to see you out there Alanya It will certainly make for a better time w/ some quality sb's involved

P.P.S- @ Rune- I understand and actually agree. I just hope that we can all post somewhat similiar #'s so its sustained for at least a little bit of fun. My main point of this is just to get the stealthers away from the usual AMG/MMG/Emain hot spots and maybe trying out another area. We will just have to wait and see how it turns out.

P.P.P.S- Black Adders, I hope you guys represent. I can say w/ 100% certainty that you will need more then Ramboz, Dioz, and Evita to finish the Cove off. Hope to see you guys out in full force today.

We got our stealther group in Odins and havent seen any enemy stealthers yet. Hopefully some of you guys show up soon

Well, the event was a failure overall, but oh well. The Covenant stealthers were technically undefeated since we did kill a trio of albs, a duo from DG (sorry holsten), and a solo theurg. Maybe in a couple weeks I will try this again and hopefully we can get a better turnout.
