Its a known fact that the uk servers was the highest standard servers on live.

US= lots of untemplated noobs
German/French = an endless zerg
UK = best 8vs8 action and the best guilds in daoc history like NP, dem hibbies, SoTL, LA etc, besides no stealth zergs as 95% of the stealth pop was solo.

gz pbuck, was impossible to kill u on live when u had 2 pocket healers spamming bof as soon u got agro :P

Truth, but I was in Llaw Arian even from the early days, so I guess I'm a bit biased :D I did also play the german servers on a friends account though and got exactly the impression you described ;)

LoL yea right Nolby Pride dem hibbies haha.. LA was from lancelot us servers..

Its funny that everyone that plays/played daoc knows who Nolby Pride and dem Hibbies are, even us players.
I cant say a single us guild that was as devoted to pure 8vs8 gg action as the guilds on uk servers. When i mention it i cant say a single us guild that got famous world wide.

LA was the only real challenge for NP back in the beginning, true Dem Hibbies formed later from mixed LA and vengeance members etc too, it's pretty much the same people we always played with just different guilds ;)
Dunno any LA from lancelot

Hmn, I think I heard the name before, but when you are talking about Excalibur EU as the first post was, then there should be no doubt it is Llaw Arian as I wrote :)

Anyway, it's no big deal really :D

Clearly you would know European guilds when you play there.
But imo Bedlam and Native best guilds that existed. Topped Iseult both of them (mid/hib) and then they topped Mordred and then they topped Classic servers.

Lots, if not all 8v8 guild used radar (cheated) back in the days i played DAoC on live.

We did not - got zerged, got assjamed but we still won our even share.
Lots of 8v8 guilds i know abused OP chars once they were released.
Switched back once they were nerft.

Does winning all the times making them better players?

P.S.: Why do we hijack a Gratulation threat to the best theug on Uth?
P.P.S.: I hate you pbuck! - for me it looks like that you allways spam the 1st pet on me!!

Gratz Pbuck,

off topic but, my 5 cents in regards to the best daoc guilds and most known are
LA > Free Rps > NP >Bedlam
