whats the class u can get grouped with on uthgard mid have a healer 43 but was thinking of making a tank class aswell warrior or thane .Or is there no much random grouping outside some set groups or GG on uthgard these days??

Try an Aug spec shaman. Great chance to get into a group that doesn't already have one, and people will not worry so much about skill, until RvR anyway. For tank I think Warrior or Berserker are the most commonly wanted. I see alot of Savages in groups too though, if you want something challenging. I am speaking primarily about PvE, not RvR. Not sure about RvR with these classes.

As far as the exclusivity of grouping; The attitude of cold efficiency rather than warm camaraderie has taken hold of alot of mmorpgs and this game is no exception, unfortunately. Luckily, the staff of Uthgard do their absolute best to encourage community and camaraderie so there are some random groups here and there.

Does the social tab still work? I am referring to the "Looking for group" part. I wish it was used more often. I feel like I am the last person on earth who uses it still.

It can be difficult to get a group no matter your class, especially if you are outside of Europe. May have to try to start one at times, although that is easier said than done often, especially if you do not know a good hunting spot beforehand.
