Atm i am a really active RvR player and to be honest i always see the SAME people in RvR.
And mostly there are the same grps out , this is getting really boring , where are those 700 other players ?

There need to be something wrong but no clue what it is ............

I wonder how the future looks for Uthgard RvR.

What is most likely to succeed?

a. You tell your group mates to go to another zone, and they do?
b. You tell complete strangers that their actions suck and they should leave your zone, and they do?

I really think this discussion has the biggest impact on the population of uthgard than anything else.

I'm a casual player who likes to group and would like to zerg in rvr and take keeps but there is not much of that going on. Unfortunately, there isn't much end game for casual players in rvr. Mythic had this problem also and they never did anything to fix it either.

I'm starting to think the key is to separate the e-sport 8v8 crowd and the casual rvr keep taking crowd. Possibly make an 8v8 level 50 bg and use the agramon map because I don't think they have any interest in fighting over a keep.

With the 8v8 crowd occupied in the 8v8 bg, maybe the people who are interested in the actual rvr the game was meant to have might trickle back in to the frontiers to take keeps without fear of being ganked by an elite 8v8 group.

Guild Wars understood the problem of elite groups vs casual groups. They had a separate pvp for elite groups and casual groups. I think maybe that would help here. I realize it's easy for me to throw out ideas with no risk to myself, so I understand that the people who run this server have to think carefully about any changes they make.

I see that events like this seem to annoy/make some mad/make some send mean pm lol.

Look: If you guys are so 'elite' out in emain then a little competition shouldn't scare you.

That's all it is people afraid that they won't be able to get all the rps for themselves. It's a VIDEO GAME. I think some have lost this concept ^^

Why even play online outside of a LAN in a mmorpg game if you ONLY want you and 7 others to advance? It's selfish behavior that is not needed...everyone should have a chance at EVERYTHING. We are all equal people here...
