How well does this work? Would I have to kite 100%? Should I just re-roll a stealther?

Any advice would be great. I can't find hardly anyone to play with on any realm who I can rely on. Seems Uthgard is the place for brand new daoc players to reside.

Anyways, uthgard vets have any advice?

Skalds are only good when all RA´s are up so prepare to do like Baman, get one kill then afk for 10-15 minutes.
U will be pwned alot by NS´s to, viper3 + chain beeing weak to pierce isnt a easy match even with alot of toys to play around with.
Lucky u have a free rps spot to rp pl u toon called HR.

Skald is one of the best solo classes on Uthgard.

If you wanna kite, then do it, you will win 80% of your fights.

If you don't wanna kite, then go into fight and get higher parryspec+moparry 3/4. Enemies will mostly hit in your weapon, not getting any big poison in you.

Rangers, hated by the most solo-players are easy for a skald. Just dont forget to turn your damadd on and maybe charge yourself a damadd-charge.

Dot Charge is aswell good to wtfpwn mincer/skald

Easy, get following spells in your group:
cast instaspawn sb #1
cast instaspawn sb #2

And if youre still looking for the most powerdull 1vs1 class, go for the gaynger, because... damn i might have misstyped this one... "everyone knows ROCK RIPS PAPER!"

Absolutely. Ranger is one of the easiest enemies for a Skald.
