It is simply unreasonable to spend months or years on e.g. researching every little detail of SI. It wasn't the specific quests that made the game - and most people won't even notice if a few are missing. Apart from a few obsessive quest-collectors, 90% of Uthgard players are likely looking forward to having access to the Epic dungeons and their cool loot, maybe the quest necklace and a new zone to explore.

If you can help narrow down the list of quests that are unable to be logged please let me know and I will mark them.

You can buy dragonloots with scales in your capital city. You can buy some non armor/weapon pieces at your border keep with BPs (svasud faste, DL, etc) Near your capital city's vault keeper area you will find an npc called celestius loot dispenser. Say your realm to him and he will give you a random selection of about 12 loot drops from Celestius, and you can repeat this as necessary to get what you want. DF seals are free on page 2 of the df imp labelled "Merchant" in area near your vaultkeeper I thought there was other free armor merchants around on Pend, but I haven't found them as of yet.
