As most people know Skald/Minstrel/Bard DDs were slightly improved on live because it was just not good and it is barely acceptable now.

On Uthgard there is no ToA spell dmg/pierce and without getting benefit of acuity buffs the damage is really bad. These classes also don't have access to Sojourner, which is a serious setback in utility for them.

I know Uthgard is about being 'classic' but there are a lot of things that ARE up-to-date with live and I believe this should be one of them.

Improving musical DD delves will not break the game but will make leveling and soloing a little easier and will add to their usefulness in RvR since often particularly Skalds and Minsts are not a group favorite - at least not until old RAs are implemented.

Please consider this change!

There isn't a single mid group that runs without skald besides the very rare castergroups. Minstrel dd's are even TOO high. Did you play on uth?

I played a long time ago and started up again recently. I've also played a friend's account.

Mids only run Skalds in zergs. And yes an 8 man is usually a zerg.

And too high, really? People complained for years before they finally improved them on live...

They were improved on Live to boost music classes in solo PvE, a lot of things were done to improve classes solo PvE ability (apart from Midgard healer class ).

Luckily Uthgard has focussed on groups, which was also Live servers original purpose... and in groups bards/bards and minstrels are still strong and much needed. Alone the ability to have SoS means groups with respect for themselves run music classes.

Custom class changes will not come. Maybe one day when we are 100% bugfree
