I'm gunna make one. Screw it. I'm doing it now.

Suppression or Bone Army spec?

Lifetap or DoTs?

I have no one to group with... Guess I'm gunna rough most of this out solo.
So what's best solo leveling spec (for cut up uthgard BDs obviously).

imo Bone Army is very good to lvl up, poisons really help in killing mobs.
it's true that suppression's istant lifetap is helpfull in solo rvr. usually the DOTter in Mid is the shaman.

so imo BA to lvl up, then respec to 47 supp for good lifetap and 26 dark for base dmg of nukes.

i m not a bd so i m not an expert, but i find it cool.. btw correct me if i m wrong

cheers, bubana

I have had no problem leveling as Suppression.

Bone Army is best when you have many pets all with the damage add on them hitting away. This makes it easy to single or aoe dot depending on what your taking on.

Only one pet on Uthgard, and pet damage isn't live like.

No matter which way the bone dancer decides, it will always be due to the skeletons that are constantly around him immediately as a bone dancer (English: Bonedancer) detected.

Spec is quite easy:

48 Bone Army / 24 suppression / 6 dark

Caster against the child's own pet and the Instant Siphon Life should extend to the enemy caster to interrupt him enough to eventually also give the BaseDD the rest. The problem arises when the pet is gemezzt, be such as the healers too - since the withdrawal of life has a fairly high timers, this can be rapidly fatal - especially if the other caster MOC uses and can not be interrupted.

(get on best with cure Mezz from the Bone Army Baseline, the pets back from the Mezz, if necessary with Fast Cast + cureMezz this spell does not recast and will be in 2 sec (without DEX + casting speed magic), he acts on a 1000 Range ... brings so Pet is the one from the Mezz and must be repeated at several this one should quickly decide who is better. demezzter one squad leader, or rather a Heilpet)

against melee: it should be no problems (E-Z-MODE)

If you like to start with his pets should be available in the Mezz using RA or cleaning purge as quickly as possible to rid the pets with CureMezz. If you are harassed by enemy melee only helps race. This illustrates again the sequence of commands that you have been chosen before the fight: the pets or pests as they snare.......

For levelling I like a split spec of Suppression and Bonedancing (Bone Army). How you do the split is debatable, but I have leaned a little towards Suppression over Bonedancing and it's been effective. For RVR I think most the higher RR BD's will say 47 Supp / 26 Dark.

just curious (I want to try a bd but dont know much about the class), why not 47 supp / 25 dark and 8 in army to get a little better dex/quick buff for pet and not lose any spells in dark........or do you want to use the dark baseline nuke at distance and the 1 extra point in darkness for less variance outweighs the few extra points in dex/quick for pet? thanks

VINTERSORG on Mid = Durack/Morbac/Krakar/Thjork/Fripouille/Verole/Lumna
NoStressFr on Alb = Uclain/Tarras
unguilded on Hib = Lyantel

I was BA spec till level 20 and then tried a respec to SUPP.

The BA dots are your main killing damage and they are lower damage than f.ex. shaman dot. Soloing yellows the two dots will run out before the mob died and you and pet will have to staff it for the last 5-10%. With the current pets that never does more than 5-6 damage on yellows... forget about BA after 20 imo.

After 20 and with full SUPP, you will use a lot more power, so here it is good you get serenity 1 and try fast as possible to get serenity 2.

After respec from BA to SUPP, I do not miss BA one bit.
