LOL, who is crying about our very well ran and succesful relic raid? You people crack me up. I have personally witnessed at least 2 RR's from albs in which they came with over 140 people, but we are in the wrong for coming to a RR with 98 (that was the highest total in bg) and those 98 didnt even all stay on. After we got the first relic about 15-20 logged. There is also some problems with what you albs are saying. For starters you say that you didnt get spam that we were on doors till we were on the 3rd door. Well that is kind of messed up seeing's how I was leading the NS group what started on the 3rd door AT THE EXACT SAME TIME THE 1ST DOOR WAS STARTED!! Also, as Sonnenschein said, we had a couple people that made it inside while my NS's were working on the gate. When he got there it was a 95%, so if you didnt get any spam at all till way to late then why was Sonnenschein and some others there? I guess they just looked into their crytal ball and found out that way that we were on the relic keep. Fact is, we brought alot of people on a Saturday at prime time European time and the Albs just did a HORRIBLE job of defending and are now crying. Also, this whole, "Dont take the relics because then all albs and mids come to hib.." crying is just stupid. 75% of people on this server play all 3 realms regardless of who has relics. If you want them back then come and get them, and if and when we fail you wont see a post from me making excuses. If we lose them its our own fault, like the many times we have lost them.

RonEluvv! you gave away our secret! The questions I have, is why did the approx. 5+ FG of Albs who rolled over me not go back and wait at the Relic Keep for us? Surely you knew we would be back for the other relics? Sure, door 1 had been repaired fully, but door 2 was at 35% when I placed the second rams, so it was easy to get it down. Properly defended, we would not have gotten the other relics.

Come get them back.

Just a couple more things to add as well. When we came back to get the other 2 relics the only door fully repaired was the 1st door. The 2nd and 3rd doors were both at around 50% and there was not much in the way of defenders when we came back as well. Fine, our first raid might have caught you off gaurd, but you had more then enough time to group up and get inside the keep before we came back.

Also, great job to all the Hib's that helped and thank you to Adianne, Grendle, Zappeler, and the other leaders that made this a success.

Hibs have 100 people to raid with so they can pretty much go prime time and steam roll anyone
Albs have about 50 people so have to go when there aren't 100 defenders.

Each realm has to play to their advantage. The fact that Albs will attack at night is a good tactic and its the Hibs fault for not being online to stop it, not the Albs for fighting when you (as the Hib realm, not you personally Austerim) want them to.

Mids, well, the last raid we had 37 people and a fully defended Myrddin by the time we got there. Not to mention that the war ram was built too far from the doors to actually hit anything . As per usual the 8mans can't be bothered with doing things for the realm as getting that extra RP is far too important for them.

and seriously, who cares that the relics only give a 4% advantage? The fact that the Hibs can pull it off in the first place says a lot more about the hib realm than MId or Alb CBA attitude.

Personally, my hat is off to Hibs.

New to Uthgard but a veteran DAOC player, I'm encouraged that as an ALB, we have a challenge. And to those that would dishonor themselves by jumping to a different realm because they own our relics are worthless pieces of humanity. I'm impressed the Hibs put together that many and grabbed the relic so quick. I was on (lvl 10) and it was fast. there was no time to form any defence unless you were camping inside relic keep.

BTW, I've never owned a Hib or a Mid past level 2 in 7 years of playing and you will never see me on anything but an ALB.
