I've noticed two times now that I have been in a battle and used IP and it didnt give me any life. Both times it was up and both times after using it there was no life regained and when looking in the chat log it didnt show anything being healed either. The two times that i've noticed it were spread out by almost a week and the only thing i've noticed similiar between the 2 times was that I used ip and purge back to back real fast. Its kind of hard to show a screen shot of that since people could easily say that it was just down, maybe a screen shot with the timer on it showing 14 min and whatever sec and a picture of the battle log. I'll try and do that next time, but didnt know if anyone else had been having a similiar issue.

BTW, for those that would say this should be posted in burgeport, I would agree, but before I do that I want to make sure its an actual problem and not just some weird deal with me

Saw something like this on a ranger in df yesterday. He used IP in the same moment of his death. I saw the animationd and heard the IP sound (so I guess it was actually used and on cd then), but the ranger died without getting any life.
