Forums PM system broken?

There´s users where my PMs get sent normally and on the other hand there´s users which log on the forum and my PMs stay in my outbox. Maybe anyone else having the same issue?

Tested:
Snigel <-> Ronian = working
Snigel <-> Harkon = broken

PS: No, I´m not on their "ignore" lists.

They have to read the message before it gets moved from your outbox.

Well Harkon and me have been in game chatting via /gu while testing ... tried to send some more PMs but they don't get sent.

I'm aware of messages staying in my outbox til they got opened :wink:
