Uthgard's account recovery process has been updated in an effort to reduce the time required to recover your account. In the event you lose your account name or password, you can now visit the Account Recovery link to the left and follow the prompts. This new account recovery system is automated and requires your e-mail address to be on file. As a reminder, if you haven't set your e-mail address in game you can do it by using the /email command.

Since this new tool greatly changes the way we process account recoveries, all pending account recovery quests will be moved to an archive. If you currently have an account recovery ticket number you may discard it. If you do not have an e-mail address on file you will be directed to the existing account recovery form and be issued a new account recovery ticket number. In the event you need to use the long account recovery form, it is still very important you fill in all possible details regarding your account.

you should remove the "long" recovery form from the main page, as ppl might still click it before the actual account recovery link...the long form link should be shown in the new acc-recovery thingie after the user hasn't been successful (something like "no email-address set in your account? Do it the [link]long way{/link]...")

Sidenote: Please do not make account recovery forms in German. It will ONLY slow the process down as it is mainly 2 English speaking persons dealing with the account recoveries at the moment.

about this form..

I and my friend from guild already have many times filled this form...
We haven't received any answer... Once again I repeat in what a problem...
We had guild White smoke... We played about 700-800 days ago, at us was farm berserker and guild shaman with which played 3-4 persons.
Password remembers nobody, we remember only logins. Email before this server don't had.
I filled 2 time the form, my friend filled it also.
I wrote to managers in game, in IRC... But all to me have answered fill the form and with you will communicate... But I repeat anybody to me has answered of nothing...
Check ip addresses these accounts really were played by guild White smoke.
I asked to give me the information, on that what information is necessary to you. That you have given us passwords it of our accounts... The answer wasn't...
I ask communicate already with me.
