What drops Iceborn Ring?

Zam says Hollow Men drop the iceborn ring, but I've killed about 7 bubbles worth of them (blue @ 46) and no luck. I know there's a thread here that says it doesn't exist on Uthgard, but I have seen one in game so I know it exists.

Any ideas?

It's a Unique item and those don't drop on Uthgard sadly. :(
