If you do any kind of smallman avoid dd/dot procs, rootbreaking is horrible in smallman grps. If you have enough money make a 2nd set for solo with different procs. I prefere mhbs cause i'm to lazy to change any items :)

I would stick with MHB armor procs. Dot procs are bad for cc or engauge, and as far as DD armor procs (imo I guess) I'd say the extra time a MHB keeps you alive would allow you to do something more then that DD proc.

Just use MHB's and you are fine.
DD procs will cancle root and snare, so dont even start to think about those procs in small men (totally useless in 8men as well).
More important than procs is the utility of your template.
You gonna need the DF bracer with 1500 range dot charge, a normal dd charge, book of chaos for pbae charge.
Especially book of chaos is a RP machine :)

Dommel's Fiery Seal is a Necklace but got Dot charge, that's right.
Befana's Seal (Gem) got Dot-charge too.

For pure 1vs1 heat procs are the best, because they do 10% more damage on leather, which will be >60% of your enemies.

Are you sure that these bonuses are implemented on Uth?

Armor bonus/malus is supposed to be affecting only melee hits, procs are spells.
I am assuming direct control.

Wrong.

This apply for legendary weapons which with a physical hit give a magical damage which have bonus or malus.
In fact, a proc will only be affected by the player resists.
And the best proc to use depends of your realm, by considering solo chars you'll face, their access to resist spell.
