Please look in to friar issues.

Paly AF chant overriding friar self AF. Nothing should override a friars self buffs ever.

If a paly is running his AF chant. you cant cast your self AF buff. The paly chant will override it.

Please look in to our group utility buffs with you have so conveniently left out. Namely the fact that on live. the Fatigue reduction 32 and 42 are group buffs.

Being that he have the old staff styles here. Making our only use-able CC 3 in a chain from the side. And the fact that having plus to enhance has 0 effect on our buffs. Which make it more useful to have inf gear then any dropped or DF friar gear.

I think give friar some of there group buff from live should be looked in to.

Well then please know it all tell me. As well as all the other friars in alb here. Why a red self AF that we have to spec 1034 point in to. Should be overridden by a palys blue or yellow AF chant.

And will you at it you can tell me why this forms DB cant remember passwords for more then a session.

If you won't to continue to insist that this "Classic" . Then you should have no problem with striping all AOE buffs and Shears from cleric,shaman and druids. As well as giving scouts back there 2 shot blue Damage.

My advice would be to not group with Pallies. I did way back in the day and they were usually gimpy 2 handers that I had to spend my time healing, when I could kill things faster than being grouped with them. And they insisted on having the agro so I did side chain with detaunts mixed in so as not to bruise their ego.

So if you insist on grouping with Paladins, let them have the agro, then you won't need your self AF buff.

I love that Friars are old school here. It was my favorite class to play pre toa and pre NF. I retired mine from RvR when NF came out. I made another one years later when they had all the heal procs up the gazoo. It wasn't the same game or class anymore.

I like how friar are here to. Short of the above listed CC issues. And yes I played friar pre-SI. But the friar self AF is a spec buff. Just like a cleric spec AF. A palys chant should stack with it not override it.

As for the level 3 and 4 ends reduction buff. Having it change to group buff has nothing to do with being ez mode. Because I will still have my ends reduction regardless. I am not asking this for me. I am asking it for people I have to hear complain. When I go from being the backup healer of the group to the main tank. Because all the "Real Tanks" have burned thou there ends in 4 sec. Will I still have endo chant. And the reduction buff that lent me keep my ends at usable level.

The Paladins chant should not override your spec AF, but it also should not stack with it, as you never could stack 2 spec AFs (go test it on live if you don´t believe it ^^).

We aren't 1.69 yet.

one of my first toons was a paladin, and boy does this thread bring back the memory of friar QQs 'stop running that damn shield chant'


its supposed to over ride in this patch setting. sorry.

damn i jsut only msing on friar spec group heal whihc clerics get here:) and if can get it friar shoudl be able to get groups but i newer will be happen:)
