Uhm I suppose if you really want to farm money the blackthorns at Mbeo give pretty good cash and drops.
After those Parthanans in East lough Derg (the farm) give decent loot aswell and there's a merchant right next to them. Also in general dungeons are better for money. Muire Tomb should be perfect for you. I wouldn't care too much about gold at your level though. Any equipment you buy you will outlevel soon.

Get to 22 and start farming seals in df. You will equip yourself with semi-decent gear which will cap your bases and make nice money while doing it.

Remember seals sells for 1/3/12. Dont let ppl rip you off asking 10g per diamond.

There are a bunch of good gold farming sites and loot farming sites in Hibernia, the problem is your lvl 12 and to me loot/farm locations are generally higher lvl places. I would say try and dungeon farm as much as possible till you get up to around lvl 25-30. At around lvl 30 I would reccomend the Luch Hunters around Innis Carthig. That is a great solo farm spot for lvl 30. They drop loots that is stackable and coin as well. They also drop piercers and there is a TON of them. They are near the Gurite camp. After you get past them and they become blue/green then you can work your way back and in the tree's you will see Deamhan Aiers that are also good coin drop mobs. Once you get threw all of them then you can probably head to TC (Treibh Cailite) and when threw TC you can head to CM (Coruscating Mines). In CM the loots is very nice w/ lots of salvage drops. I would also STRONGLY recommend to head to Sheeroe Hills as soon as mobs in there start conning yellow to you. All the mobs in there drop nice loot and coin, and if you farm there from say you high 30's thru 50 you will get alot of nice items you can use in your template like the Potent Gem of the Sky, Potent deathwatcher chain, any of the Crios Belts, and several other nice lil drops that work great for early on templates.

I guess what I am trying to say is your not going to be finding uber loot/coin drop farms at lvl 12, you really wont see great loot until ur prolly get into ur upper 20's and early 30's. At that point there are plenty of spots to farm where you can earn a good chunk of change. Below is a sample list of where I usually go to lvl up my chars and I make pretty good money. Levels may be a tad off, but gives you a good idea. Also, I cant stress it enough to farm all around Sheeroe Hills as well, once you get high enough of a lvl.

Lvl 10-15 Muire Tomb (Dungeon)
Lvl 15-23/25- Spraggon Den (Dungeon)
Lvl 25-30- Koalinth Caverns (Dungeon)
Lvl 30-35 Luch Hunters, Hill hounds, Deamhan Aiers
Lvl 36-40 Treibh Calite (Dungeon)
Lvl 40-45 Corruscating Mines (Dungeon)

^^ I usually do Koalinth from 20 - 27. If you can salvage and trinket this is the first dungeon you can start making some money off of, or to use to raise your craft so you can salvage higher stuff later.
