Hi mates!
Me and my GF (already rolled in MID but my first love was alb so we gonna try here ehehe) decided to roll a Cleric and a Minstrel.
for minstrel i've a lot of advices already (but some more would be welcome!! i rolled and highlander minstrel)
For Cleric : wich is the best spec here to endgame rvr?
I saw smite is changed alot since i stopped playng my clerci 8 years ago. i saw the pbaoe heals too?
Thanks a lot in advance for every tip! :)

Uthgard is aiming for a classic setting, so I don't think you have access to many of the new spells (like smite-heal). 35 heal, 40 buff or 42 buff and 33 heal, I suppose, are viable RvR specs.

You don't get them on Uthgard. Smite should be roughly the same as it was 8 years ago. Anyway you can look it up with this:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/daoctb/ ... 20Install/

I believe that version is correct for Uthgard.

There is no 'best' spec for endgame RvR... ;)

With that said - my cleric will be 40 Enhance for all yellow spec buffs/resists and 35 Rejuv for the yellow major heal, 80% single insta and 75% group insta. That still leaves enough points for 9 Smite for the 3rd self DA, sightly better smite damage and the second PBAOE insta mez for escape/interrupt.

This spec works for my playstyle, but may not work for yours. The most important criteria is that you enjoy playing whatever spec you decide on, which will keep you playing the game rather than quitting due to frustration!

Welcome to Uthgard!

In the end it does depend on your group setup. 40/35 is fairly flexible. 42/33 has the advantage of giving you access to purple acuity, which in caster groups is most welcome.
