great news for my Ranger, Old Ra´s atleast a year in the future and only 2 buffs for all my opponents :P

Yes will be fun see how rangers run with pd4-5, ip2 and with 5 buffs.

Any notice about bug fix, implement classes(necromancer), fix classes? Implement rvr dungeons. This is fine, but when procs for bows, bd pets, pet damage...?

These are horrible news.
First one means we are stuck with bugs that WILL NOT BE FIXED because they are bugs that are related to current RA setting.
Second means that we are stuck with imbalanced shears (cleric range advantage) until old RA's are released, and when they do get released we get a horrible system that favors 2 realms while making the third one gimped.

The 30 minute stat cap potion sounds like a truly awful idea, requiring everyone who runs in a group to be overcapped by 30 (Goodbye existing\Less expensive templates) on incoming.

The cap pots would be mostly useless for soloers; unless they want to just pump one stat to the extreme; but most would rather spend their 2 buffs on say Dex and Dex\Qui. As someone posted earlier, all this benefits for solo players is solo rangers, who already have a Dex buff.

They pop Dex\Qui pot and Stat cap pot, Rangers are now ahead of 90% of other soloers.

And as I mentioned; 8man groups will start requiring stat cap pots to be used on incoming. Alchemy as a money-making device is already a massive and popular market; any decent player will still have 2 buffs on at all times despite the new 2 buff cap (Which is a great idea, thank you.) But you say capping it at 2 buffs is to lower the bar to enter RvR.

What kind of RvR? Solo? You accomplish your goal with that.

How about group RvR? You just raised the bar substantially. To compete you must have your Stat Cap pots and be overcapped by 30.

So if you're a new Uthgard player (Like myself and many of the people I brought with me to this fine server.) it's hard to get templated even just barely, let alone +30 in your primary and secondary stat, and afford Barrels and Barrels of stat cap potion. (See incoming, use potion. Every incoming, win or lose. You must use potion.)

I love all the changes, I do. And the Uthgard staff does a great job but I request that you please find a way to make alchemy 'more attractive' without raising the bar for 8-man RvR.

tl;dr

Stat Cap potions will drastically change the way 8man groups work and require newer players to redo their entire templates.

its 4 self buffs and str/con and haste from 2 buffs max then add 30 str for 2 min cap raise

Im gonna respec to blades again with this and will get close to 300 str then with those changes :lol:
add pd4, ip2 to that and only 2 buffs for 95% of my enemies = unbeatable, will take atleast 3 assasins to get me down then and i will get 2 of em with me

Blade melee ranger will be totally op with these changes, staff consider it hard before making this change and this coming from a ranger that knows his class will be to op, specially with old ra´s so far in the future.

2 mins for pots ? ridiculous .
Even 10 min for pots/charges on uthgard is ridiculous, you spend them for nothing every time.
Some ppl will probably tell me that you will have to use the pots in fight or just before the fight i know ... but lol.

Anyway i see some changes & updates here , but nothing that i was waiting for.

Before planning to makes such kind of updates and implement new kind of stuff, try to fix and resolve the major problem of the server, like rvr population, rvr zones & tps, the freaking ugly Hib horse road that is being camped 24/7 and more stuff.

Sorry but this is bad.

Horrible horrible horrible idea!
It will force everyone to remake their templates to have the optimal setup for RvR again, I thought the potion change was just to make it easier for new people to join RvR on an equal lvl, this just makes it even harder..

I really hope for the sake of Uthgard that is a aprils fool..

OldRas and NewRas together? Just Horrible (too much customization - just choose!)

Buffpots that increase caps for 2 min? With OLDNEWRA/OF/Porting to keeps? Bad Idea.

It s not intended to ve both, just to switch back if Old RAs fails.
