How does Sc templates works?

Hi again mates!
I completely lost the way how to do the templates
Wich are the caps for stats, resist, abilities, ecc. ecc.
Looking at SC section in this forum (that is in german) won't help me either... ehehehe
Can someone help me out?

Hp: levelx4 (200 at 50)
Resists: level/2+1 (26 at 50)
Skills: level/5+1 (11 at 50)
Power: level/2 (25 at 50)
Abilities: 1.5xlevel. (75 at 50)

This is a simple one for when you wanna check imbue values and simply make random items (not final allcap templates) for battlegrounds/leveling purposes. Well you can make allcap templates but there's programs that make it easier for you like:

Pretty much the best program for making final templates, easy to learn.
