Solo players like to state, that skill is if you run solo. But I see soooo many solo player, not paning the camera etc so

I also ****** up sometimes, random stuff like watching TV while running in Emain and starting on the wrong QB etc etc
It's very rare that I lose a straight up 1v1 though, basicly if I have all my abilities up I feel confident going in vs any class at any realm rank.. and if I lose such a fight it's ALWAYS my own fault and I try to learn what I did wrong instead of blaming it on something being OP etc..
As a minstrel you need to great decision making on the fly, do I MoC mezz him? Do I SoS to gain distance or eat his CC? purge? IP? it really makes or breaks the fights if you chose the right ability at the right time..
But that's what makes a mincer such an amazing class, you got so many tools to use and there is so many creative ways to use them..
As a minstrel I got the power to pretty much pick my own fights when I want and how I want, that is a great advantage that many people fail to abuse

Hahaha, I remember that like it was yesterday lol, mainly because I never usually whine like that
Basicly looked like the FG was charging in the zerg my target so I charged in myself in a fight where I should have kept distance for a longer timer (was long ago and I was lower RR)
I think what it really boiled down to was that it made me look like a total noob

Knowing when to fight is key in daoc If u know u can do nice videos, if u dont u ll be in such video

What Dioz means isn't that he helped me on my minstrel, what he means is that when I first logged on Uthgard on my very first char (wasn't mincer) I saw a guy run past me in the starter town and PM'ed him..
It was Dioz, and he helped me a lot with questions about the server, giving me start up money, even crafting barrels for me and giving me advice of lvling a cabalist to get my economy going on the server (Good choice btw, that char supported all my chars on uth )
You can whine as much as you want about BA playstyle and your opinions of Dioz being and "adder/ganker" but what really matters is that Dioz is a really really nice guy and even though he didn't know me then helped me a LOT and I really appreciate that to this day

Come to think of it, he did actually help me on my mincer too, he gave me Bafanas Seal for free! Ty man!
