I only can say it for MID, but would be interested if anybody could say it for ALB and HIB.

With Reactive Procs or Charge max dmg is coldif your enemy is waering an all resists cap template.
That's a fact based on lowest Class Resists and mostly no red resists vs cold at Alb and Hib grps.
If you use DOT Charge the dmg type is body which sucks a bit, but you dal dmg over time. Remeber dot breaks cc!!!
Lifedrain Charge is also an option but got kind of high variance and only usable as Charge.

/Edit:
Additionally there are several colddebuff spells on casters like DarkRM Specnuke, CarvRM. And darkRM is most used caster in mid grps.

Healer/Cleric & Warden got Body, Spirit & Energy Resistbuffs
Druid/Shaman & Friar got Cold, Fire and Matter Resistbuffs
=> Well maybe not red Coldresist on Druid but yellow is still good :)

I loled when i read *lower value=lower resist rate*...thats just wrong. It ONLY means less damage, resist rates have nothing to do with resistance types...

Ok, the statement itself was wrong, but was to lazy to correct it after i uploaded. The point actually is only if lower resist rate the dmg of the proc is higher, but was not in the mood to write an esay inside the sheet.

What it shall show i guess is clear.

/Edit: Reuploaded pic for the people who were not able to interprete it right :wall:
(and yes, it was just wrong but i didn't care becuase i were in a hurry ;-) )
