Hello! I'm an old DAoC player and I wanted to try again this game in the "old school" way (always gives chills down my spine  ).
I'm going for a healing druid, so I was wondering if I'll have problems lvling, if joining exp groups is possible (do they exist here?) and, more generally, how people level up on this server. Every "trick" is appreciated (and when I say "trick" I don't mean, like, cheating or that kind of stuff :) ). Thanks!

Druid is always welcome, but go mainly buff instead of healing. Since no BB are allowed there are plenty of groups for all lvls. If u solo go always for camp bonus, since it doubles ur exp and roam around to keep it up. But as a druid u ll be mainly dependend on groups, so just use /lfg-

Thank you very much :)
I used to be a 35regrowth-40nurture-rest nature druid (and used this spec pretty much everywhere I played :P ): do you think this is still a viable way? Looks pretty balanced to me, with all yellow buffs and fine heals.

Well groups...
On lower levels many ppl rather go solo but at lvl 15-20+ it gets better and the higher the level the more need for groups and good druids :D

And in Bg's - well there you are king with a supporter class :D

due to that same reason i'm doing nature/heal on my druid to be able to solo until 40 and still have nice heals for grp exp, switching to buff/heal at 40 though since grps are much easier to find at that point
Huh.

Well even at low level the only reason to take druid is specbuffs.
The problem a Druid has that ppl 1st prefere bard for endu and for small groups the healing is more than ok most of the time.
(bard & bm duo's e.g.)

For castergroups a Druid is not the 1st choice aswell. MentaHot is very effective and doesnt take heal aggro. (ench/animist + menta duo's)

In BG's ppl suddenly are in need for druids XD

But it's not lost at all. Don't write LFG all day - build your own group!
Grap a bard and rest dps (tanks & casters are normally a good combination, so you can do like 2-3 mobs or more at one pull) and you will be fine :)

Well at lvl 40 it will get nearly impossible to level without Druid (Hulks/Fins)
Before this level it's dependend on the groupsize ;)
