Well as far as I can see the player ALL is using a lot of badwords in this screenshot (unfortunately bad word filter is on so you can't see what he really wrote ^^)

He prolly would have deserved a ban also - idk but you should keep in mind that it is not that easy as a GM to deal with such flamewars ingame. It might happen that they just forget someone or did not manage to read everything and so he got away.
I think it's very annoying to the GM's to read all this crap and deal with it propper.

EVEN if there was a GM in their Guild (which I doubt tbh) it wouldn't be possible to buy *flameimmunity* or something since a GM doesn't get the money - ALL money goes to Blue! ^^ (ok jokes aside)

The GM's are normally very strict when it comes to insults & flame - but as I said prolly they didnt see all stuff that was written.
IF YOU feel like someone insulted you - you should contact a GM e.g. via Email and give propper evidence - I'm quite sure that the one will be banned. Opening a flame thread here on the forums is the worst thing you can do...
If you got the feeling your Ban wasn't for good reasons -> contact the GM and try to talk to him (or HER!!! XD BTW is there any female GM atm??? There should be a female quote in the Uthgardstaff!!! )
Again - worst thing you can do is opening senseless threads!

At last: It is a fact that MB - even if it is crappy behaviour infront of their realm - did not do anything that is against the rules by killing the dragon first. You shouldn't start flame for this. You should just try to talk to the leaders to solve this problems in your realm.
