DAoC portal problem

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but yeah. Here goes.

When I try to log into Uthgard via the DAoC portal, I get an error message saying "Game DLL not found at:"

There is nothing after the at:, and I have no idea what a DLL is. X_X Please help?
