Is taking FOREVER
 I would like to get my old accounts back from 280 days ago.. Mid and Alb as soon as possible.. I hope TODAY  are there issues with recovery or something ? Thx. |

There are a lot of recovery requests. It would be better if players are more careful with account informations. GM's need time to work through every ticket and have other things to do too. I think you just have to wait.

darn.. for me it wasnt me not being careful.. i stopped playing and forgot about accountname >.<

At least there would be nice with some feedback that gm´s is on the case and maybe a estimated time for ur case, as it is now u dont know anything and its better to send some feedback so ppl dont have to harrase gm´s on irc, appeals etc when they get tired of waiting. U dont even get a mail now confirming the recovery request as it is now. |

If a GM is on the case then it will be solved. If its not solved yet, a GM was not on the case yet.
