DF is already plenty enough for those.

Also, the old frontiers had much more population because the servers had much more population. The incentive to get to frontiers wasn't bigger than here. Also again, I'm not sure to understand how Tajendi is taking many people away from frontiers : It's a one-time quest, not like it's draining massive expers from frontiers.

as far the port is every 7min and that you need 7/8min to run to emain on Horse, this change isn't needed at all... :/

Are u playing the game at all?

U are right about it takes 7-8 minutes with horse BUT u can get killed very easy on the way by fg, griefers, campers etc. Even when u are RS and other ppl know it they kill u anyway just to grief, so the time to get to emain solo can be more then 10 minutes even longer. So i say its more like 9-10 minutes for a hib to get to emain in average. (Big risk to ragequit here when lots of griefers camp the road)

For alb its 7 minutes port yes but average timer is much shorter as if u are lucky its instant and only if u just missed port its a 7 minutes wait. So average timer is around 4 minutes of wait for alb and mids.

So 10 minutes against 4 minutes and u dont see a problem here??? Wake up dude!
And this isnt even the biggest problem!!
This is free rps for albs and mids too making imbalance, its so easy getting rr7 fast just by camping route, its free steady rps, hibs have no easy way like this.

OMFG !Never heard that much stupidity !
QQ i can't reach action because there's horse campers !
Man !You got insta action at your border keep's door !

This time i'm 200% OK with artefact, RVR=/=Emain
And imo,if you're not able to defeat the horse camper, what do you expect reaching AMG?
What will you do vs Flump and friend?what will you do vs BA,KT,etc...?

LoL just another albion troll. Go away!!
Insta action at border keep?
U know the horse route is enormous and those who camp move around so IF im lucky i find 1 enemy in like 10 mins and then another 10 mins to go to emain. 1 fight in 20 mins isnt that great.

And no im not able to defeat horse camper while im on horse semi afk and unbuffed.
How about if i could attack u while u sat on pad, u like that huh!!

When im at AMG and around i have no problem finding good fights and avoid stealth zergs like ba.

Edited.

Promoting EXP killers? Can you type one reply without a strawman?

It promotes PvE. What happens after people enter the RvR zone to get the incentive is RvR. There will be expers being killed, there will be expers killing people, there will be people who came to kill expers killing other people who came to kill expers, that's a good thing.

There are plenty of times when I see more people in Tajendi 1 or 2 than in the frontiers. That's a direct negative effect on RvR pop.

Don't forget that on Uthgard some people just don't play here for the RvR, but only because that's the only server with such a PvE system...

Any kind of change will not bring them to RvR, as they don't want to.

And tbh, I don't think that Tajendi have any impact on RvR population, if ppl are bored to get farm/gank maybe they go to tajendi but if there were no tajendi what would they do ? -> log out or reroll

@ Jonah : calling people retards cause they don't agree with you isn't the way you'll make me change my mind... At least you just said that "OMFG i get pwn on horse route cause i'm semi-afk/unbuff but that all belong to your choose to run on horse semi-afk or unbuffed, same for people who leave they teleport keep in the same way.
The horse route is ofc the lamest way to make some RP, and I've noted that the biggest horse route camper where the HRR ...
But you are able to avoid them as long as you know that there's a second one.

Making port to DC will not make the RvR better with higher population, last time on agra they implanted instant port to camps to give high player density to agramon, then ppl cried because there were to much ppl, they were removed. Do you get the point ?

I think that making a Instant port npc between border keep will solve this problem, maybe horse speed could also be increased to lower the travel duration.

I call ppl retards when they deserve it and lots of albs come here just to troll when they dont want there free rp source nerfed (fixed) as it should be long time ago. Anyone can see that the campers and griefers destroy the server and get free rps while on it.

My suggestions will not make ppl getting faster to the main fighting zone just safer. Port to nearest keep to emain still has the port timer and wont save time. I dont suggest any port to DC, that would be bad. This can even promote keep fights as it will be importent to have a keep near emain and worth fighting for.

Another solution can be that when u ride a horse u cant be knocked out of it, like it was on live. Isnt this suppose to be like live in implemenation? Then implement the horses right!

So i have 2 very constructive suggestions and u edit my posts when i call the obvious trolls retards. Ye coming here to say i QQ and play the game as it is etc etc is trolling on the highest level.

I havnt seen a single good argument so far why hibs should have this disadvantage over the other realms. Specially on a low pop server like this where fighting is excluded to a single zone.

Yeah, that's a good thing except for expers, because saying that there will be exper killing people is statistically inaccurate.
Also, while there will be more PvP, I doubt you can say there will be more quality PvP, as killing expers has never been an interesting or balanced way of PvPing.

How can you compare horse road to live when it's Uthgard custom change?

Why don't you try to run naked and afk in auto run mode too?
If you choose to AFK in rvr zone don't come here to QQ about getting ganked.
I run everyday on Alb horse road and never get afk while i'm riding horse because i know there's horse campers too on Albland.
And i don't QQ about it.Sometimes they are frees rps for me,sometimes i am.And when i get ganked,i build a grp and clean them.
But it think you're one of thoses Emain players, unable to understand that RVR isn't equal to Emain.

If my memory isn't too ruined, on Camlann/Mordred the horses were secured because of skalds and mincers ruining the travelers :p.

If you're so stupid to AFK in rvr zone don't come here to QQ about getting ganked.

I don't think you can compare the zerg level on hibernian horses and on albion horses. As Emain is the main rvr zone, being unable to go easily to HW isn't as annoying as being unable to go to Emain. There are also way more people camping hibernian routes than the others.

Also I would like to know why albion horse system goes to HW while Hib's only goes halfway into Breifine.

When you stop making strawman arguments, ill stop pointing them out.

For example, not everyone who PvEs is exping, in fact I would venture onto a limb to say that most everyone PvEing at lvl 50 is in fact not doing so for EXP. People who are PvEing (and even exping) do kill those who attack them in RVR zones. To say that this doesn't happen is a lie, when I was still lvl 30 something on my savage my group of greens killed a 50. A group farming some high level drops in a frontiers, or farming money or whatever, would be well equipped to fight a small man roaming the frontiers seeking them out.

You think 8 mans are going to form up to try and find PvEers? give me a break. It will be solos/duos/small man hunting for gruops of PvErs, those PvErs will have the ability to fight back, other groups from any realm can roam and kill those trying to kill those PvEing.

Yes, that's basic RVR, the quality of which is determined by who decides to take place. The PvE inventive is only a catalyst for that to happen.

You talked about expers in the message I quoted, so I obviously answer to your message. Unless "expers" means "people that are PvEing but not exping" in your language.
Even using your new definition, no, people that are PvEing usually don't have what it needs to fight against gankers. And yes, gankers usually win (except maybe your once-a-year counter-example).

I can't really counter this opinion : I think you're excessively optimistic, and neither you nor I will change either mind, apparently.

No, I replied to your original strawman which summarized incentives in PvE as promoting EXP killers. You then quoted my reply, which was rooted in your original strawman, perpetuating it with your next post.

If the SC charge, as Zarkor suggested, was moved to a mob in the fronters, and I was going to go get it on my toon, I would be bringing the exact same toon to get that charge as I would be bringing into emain. I am just as equipped in either setting. As much as I hate PvE, if I go into taj2 I don't change into a PvE suite, its the same toon. There are plently of people who PvE at 50 with fine templates. Those people will not be unfairly outmatched in a frontier zone.

A PvE incentive is a catalyst to start RVR, not what the RVR focuses on.

Randoms come to frontier for PvE incentive. Small man forms to farm them. Other small mans form to farm those small mans. Original randoms leave frontier from being farmed. Small mans keep fighting until they break. Randoms re appear in frontier for PvE incentive. Rinse and repeat.

That's RVR

the correct enviroment for RVR sorry but i keep thinking is a good way to simplify the concept.
