Only then will it be looked upon as a problem.

Otherwise they will never fix their RNG. :(

From the words of the staff

Uthgard use one of the best RNG there is available.

Please look for it here on the forums. They have even given a link to a page explaining which one it is

How do u explain the crazy chains of fumbles, resist, mps etc. Just look at my ss, 3 fumbles in 4 with a 1% chanse of fumble dont make great odds. Have more ss of these fumblerates too so it isnt a uniqe case.

Uthgard also uses the best bad luck generator.

Sorry I am not a RNG guru who can explain why our RNG isn't working perfect. As I said, seek out the link that was given to the RNG that is used on Uthgard. Maybe you can figure it out.

I really doubt it's one of the best since "miracles" happen pretty often with it, doesn't take a guru to see that.

best available to a freeshard. Ofc. big companies like google have more geeks who can sit and create a better RNG code than what you can find / build as a freeshard. But really, find the thread, follow the link, read and learn.

I have stuck many times with the RNG especially in combat.

My experience with it :
At pierce skill 39+11 (with mid 90's qua weapon) almost never fumbled on high end mobs and a very small number of misses. Same when I had 50 LW.

However at 50+13 blades which I have at the moment, I do faced some serious issues with fumble. Some times 4 times in row but usually 2-3, with a streak of 10 misses afterwards.

I was worried about it, and (call it just a silly idea) deactivated the far superior druid STR/CON buff with my own (which I always used until I respec to lower Valor). I know it needs more serious testing from more people, but I personally found out that if I have my self buff on (STR/CON), I miss/fumble significantly less to not at all per combat.

Also the same happens with my valor spells. At 50 were resisted alot, at 39 now, even the dragon gets hit, and the DF Princes don't resist at all the whole line 99% of the time. And in PVP, 8 out of 10 times I pull every spell nowadays. While before I always struggle to do it.

Know might all these seems weird, but that's my experience with it.

My personal experience:
If u lvl as a pure caster and u forget to safe endu to run away, wipe is guaranteed.
2 nukes resisted after another + root reisisted + fastcast root resisted + 30 seks later second fastcast root resisted, means dead....
This happens often (nearly every 7th pull got 4-5 resists in a row) and....
This happens in pvm and in battlegrounds....
So solo lvling is only possible with enough endu breaks and luck...
Is it possible, that on live server sth avoided too many resists in a row? Can't remember that anything resisted more often than 3 times on classic live server.

Obviously with reaching lvl 50, this resist rate gets reduced extremely.

thx hf

Someone should just simply go on uthgard and run some resists test vs a player who will help them. Then if there is something to show, then this topic can go somewhere. Most of the time, people only notice the time things go bad, then when things go good. I mean i see repeat misses on my bow over and over. Doesn't happen that often, but does happen.

Just get a lvl 50 toon caster, and a lvl 50 toon to cast on, and use a lvl 50 spell or with +focus that equals lvl 50. Then cast over and over for awhile and see how the resist vs hit difference is.

Yeah I miss it, showed how f*cked up resist scaling was in pve too. Yellow mob 20%, orange 35%, red 45% etc. ^^

Maybe it would be smart for the staff to keep mastery of focus in the upcoming changes.

Yesterday i got 3 ressists in a row on my lvl 50 lifetap in rvr...

I don't wanna imagine how things would be without mof for casters.

MoF works definitely. I tested it when the resist rates were shown.
