I have appealed and /callgm serveral times over a period of several days with no answer. I have also PM'd the GM that did the jailing with also no reply. Other than prescribing patience, is there anything else or someone else that can speak to me concerning the matter?

Any help to resolve the situation would be appreciated. I have (through third parties) learned of who the GM was that did the jailing. I still don't know the violation. This is a crafting account that I had lent the password out. Apparently something happened that was seen as a violation of the rules. I don't wish to dispute the violation and am willing to accept the given word of any GM or person of authority on the matter. I would very much just like to know what the penalty is that I am due. Is it a permanent ban? Is it a 5 day, 14 day?

Thank you in advance for any advice concerning this

If you are not the one who got the ban you really have no chance or rights to find out why or how long the account are banned. You can check the ban section for names you recognize. And by so figuring out when the account will be unbanned.

This is why you don't lend out accounts or share accounts with others.

Thank you for clarifying that Nixian. I do appreciate it.

I have not seen the name posted in the bans. Are all bans posted there? Is jail the same as a ban? Or is jail something special where the situation must be judged and then a ban determined?

I think thats it. If u had a Ban you couldn't Login anymore. Jail = not considered about Ban yet and you should contact a GM to speak about the situation. That no one answered to you maybe if you are in a unusual timezone (I think all GM's come from Europe).

You should try contact someone on forum via pm.

I've tried PM too and no response there yet either.

I'm really out of options as to what to do. Everything I do recieves silence at all ends and this is becoming frustrating. This string of posts is the most information I've got about anything.

If you got IRC - join Quakenet & #Uthgard - everyone with [Uth] infront of his name is a GM - maybe u reach someone there.

PM is always such a thing I mean I can only guess how many people write the GM's per day but I think its a lot.
I know it sounds stupid to say: just have patience but thats all I can say.

Btw did you try to login annother character? Are all jailed or just one?
