This. Reread it a few times too.

It's not about killing monsters in the frontiers it's about other people KNOWING there are people killing monsters in the frontiers, hence giving them an RP based incentive to go out, instead of knowing that the zone is empty anyhow, which makes them not bother either. The fact that they will at least take a look will make others go out to hunt them etc etc. I've explained this countless times to be honest... In defense of truth-to-experience.

By your logic doing guard tasks is also rvr (but I know you think otherwise) because their incentive are also realmpoints.
I'd rather not bother than look for expers or kill guards for rps tbh ![]() The Bird of the Hermes is my name

No, doing guard tasks is just like xping in the frontiers not RvR on itself, but it populates the RvR zones for players that actually want to RvR, it gives those players a reason to go out since even if they don't find other RvR-minded players, they can still earn RPs by hunting for xpers. (even though guard tasks suck at this since they dont bring enough players on predictable spots, meaning that the incentive they bring for other players is very low)
I know, but you are one of the players that play end-RvR as it is because you prefer such a playstyle. Mainly 8v8, since that is pretty much the only playstyle that's currently viable a part from stealth RvR. The incentive xpers would bring to RvR minded players is on an entirely different level. It allows players to go out and search for enemies (xpers or other RvR minded players) without set limitations on numbers and RR. This is based on an entirely different playstyle and approach to RvR. More casual, more accessible to everyone. You don't need a FG to hunt other smallmans or xpers. As you say, players who currently play end RvR will most likely not be the ones jumping on this new opportunity daily, since they probably like the RvR playstyle which currently exists the most. However granting them the possibility to test it out instead of having no other choice than what we have now will probably get them to go out more often. Standards to current end RvR aren't always as easy to meet (not enough players to form 8mans, not enough inc/time, ...), which is when a more casual form of RvR WOULD be an alternative if it would actually exist. In defense of truth-to-experience.
