2010 ends here.
It was a nice year on Uthgard and some people more than others enjoyed the best aspect of this game, the RvR challenge. Like Geckoo did months and months ago I'd like to collect your opinions about who has been the best player active during the year (Not necessarily all the year tho) for every class. Don't take it too seriously anyway, and happy new year! Since I've almost only played Albion (and it's not that easy for me to judge/know every single enemy) I'll just skip mid/hib's classes. [Edit: IF IT'S NOT CLEAR ENOUGH: YOU CAN STILL PICK THE BEST PLAYERS AMONG YOUR ENEMIES IF YOU WANT]
I base my choices on people I've been playing with (Pretty much from Killer Tomatoes, Rare, Templars of Twilight and Ae Dwa guilds). I really can't say anything about soloers cause I've been playing only in grp RvR. Alb Cleric: Dobi (char: Clev), after me of course! I can't deny I had my happy times with Paha aswell tho Sorcerer: Qntal for sure Paladin: Ginko Friar: Mercenary: Not an easy choice, probably Darkref, tho he's been lately inactive. I've been always satisfied by both Rizla and Mazur anyway. Damn, got flamed sooner than I thought! As I said I can't judge people I've not playing with, what's the point with that?  About the RR that's just no true  I've been playing with higher rr people than the ones I chosed.Last edited by vomi on Jan 03, 2011 03:47, edited 1 time in total.

My best RvR duo merc in 8man was rizla for sure, we did awesome killing together. But Dubbin & ref or even hick are really the same too me, just played less with them and that's it.

I referred to those "best player" threads, not to your picks. And in general, the only logical thing to do would be to pick the best players among your enemies because they're the ones you can judge. As you said yourself, your picks are limited to the people you play with which makes it kinda pointless. And yeah, I think Kaetes approach is better. Let's give this thread some potential and name the worst players, that would be fun. |

Yeah you are right, ofc it makes more sense to judge enemies instead people you play with. On the other hand it's kinda hard for me to judge my enemies, so I started with people I play with; I don't think it's a great deal anyway. Cheers! |

TBH I'm the best on any class with styles except bards. Didn't see many cabas, elds and mentas outplaying me either, I'm just sayin.

Knowing your players from the same realm is a must and requires short amount of time but knowing your enemy is the basic fundamental and one of the most important part for victory.
Any good player will know that, knowing your enemies for example; weakness etc and most of all there names and who they play with is very important and should be consider to be picked, not your own realm players. Let the enemy do that and I believe you will get a much better and fair respond then selecting your own players from the same realm or guild mates. This thread that was started was approached poorly in a diplomatic way, when it should have used better words to have this thread come to life. |

For Shaman I must completely disagree!
Irmchen plays better I think and some other Shaman I did forget the name of - these 2 shear a lot buffs which is kinda annoying (but prolly good for their group ^^) |
