ForumToA and new emblems?

Are the new emblems only "visible" for the Cata and DR clients?
I think that I can't see them with my ToA client. I always see the old one. Is it intented to be like that? <img src="http://s142473203.onlinehome.fr/daoc/small.php?player=Merry">

To be able to see an emblem I suppose you need to have a file containing it, don't you? As long as this is missing (e.g. by only installing ToA) then you either don't see it at all or a replacement with one of the emblems you have. The server does not send the emblem; it just tells your client to display it.

Don't you know which files contain that information about emblems?
