Can't see self buffs on my Shaman

Hi,

Just installed everything fresh on my new computer yesterday. Haven't played in a while.

I can't see any self buffs at the top of my screen. Weirdly enough when I leveled from 47 to 48 I could see buffs active at that time but now they don't go away. Timered buffs that I know dropped and protect from an old group are still showing.

How do I fix?
