Tajendi - CAnnot load the mod

Downloaded the .dmm file uth_tajendi2 from this site, its in the correct folder with the other required mods but when I go to the mod manager in DAoC Portal I get the following error:

Could not preload plugin: mods/uth_tajendi2.dmm
Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.

Anyone else experience this or know a way to get this installed properly?

Check your Microsoft .NET Framework version.

Had to do a fresh re-format earlier this week coincidentally.

Couldn't load Tajendi then or now, and using v 3.5 of .NET Framework.

Bumping this thread because the problem also exists for a friend of mine. Net Framework didn't fix the problem, nor does changing security settings, or compatability mode.
