Wizards are for sure seen in PvM and in BGs, but this statistic is only about endgame RvR, where they are very unpopular as it seems.

Well, according to the graphics the "BG-players" decreased faster than the "4L3+ players", so this cant be the answer for this.

Yes it IS

Maybe the population in Emain consists of the good old ones (standart-player) and there are less new players?

Most likely yes. There's a really good chance that people who get dissapointed by the state of end RvR leave the server after all after trying out some more BGs.

There are rarely new players joing emain due to one big reason:
They do not find a place in groups!
And even if they bring out the courage and build a full group with a decent setup, they get rolled by an opposing group like MB or KT or any good midpug.

And do not say that they get rolled because of their lack in skill and or communication.
Well this might be also the case, but ~rr9 group vs ~rr4 group brings a loose by default.

So, whats the fun at beeing rolled? There is none so they start an other toon for BGs or quit.

OF-RAs might change the picture a little, since if the timing is right, those starters might end up with one more gamebreaker than their opponents which would help em winning.

If you can't get groups and quit bc of that then you surely are a bit on the lazy side. Going to RR5 is very easy and after that it's very easy. People might quit before going to higher RR, but that just speaks more of their own lazyness then the RvR climate.

ppl get rolled by MBs and KTs not because they are rr9, is because they care about setup, voice com and most of them have real experience, i sadly remember that when i was playing mid most ppl QQed after the group leader told em get in TS or dont come in.

if the players in the server dont really want to play the game with all the tools available, the willl suxx for sure in rvr against KT/MBs or other guild groups

no skill will be enough without voicecom, even skilled players will say after being whipped/wiped... sorry i have to go, ill take a break and bla bla bla.
