Bard Harp

Is there a Bard Harp on Uthgard at all? Think there was a Champ weapon and an Artifact one on live, can't remember, but it let the Bards use any song with it (without switching instruments).

No Harps on Uthgard. I missed them at first but now im quiet happy with my old shool instruments :)

hmm no harps are ToA drops/Atrifacts/CW.
