Hello I play on Uthgard in the Albion realm, char name Zenny.
I had a black horse and recently just upgraded to a black war horse, when I put the black war horse in the active slot it was brown so I switched back to my black horse that I knew already was black.. and it too had be changed to brown. Could you please fix my 'Black War Horse' so that it is actually black as I don't want to pay another 950 gold on the hopes that the next one wont be bugged.

Also as a test I traded with a guild mate who also had a black war horse and when he summoned mine it was brown and when I summoned his it was black.

do /callgm ingame, they will fix it.

I have the same problem and /callgm didnt solve it too

You have to continue trying until a GM is online.
It's a known bug, they have to take your horse and create you a new one.

It is summer time, many of us are on holidays, please be patient and try again. Your chances are a lot higher if you ask in the late afternoon/evening.

I think not more often than once in an hour. If you get no respond, there is no GM online.
