Shift issue

hi all, i'v got this strange problem when i try to use shift + any key the wiriting goes to the first place for example if i write

/send teexo hi !

it becames

!/send teexo hi

this makes all the comunication quite impossible i hope you can help me with this

you accidently pressed the "insert" key on your keyboard?

seems i did'nt. as i presse the shift it goes to the first whit ins what happens?

I've had this happen to me before and if I remember correctly I pressed the 'Home' key to fix the problem.
