Not vs bugs like melee mechanics.
But they are fine when your hib enemy is at 20% and a fgh come to add the fight, i have a chance to finish the fight with them.

well rvr was no special for our team last night more or less a bit weak played of us and also some adding from behind specially when we were fighting one of the hib castergrps..was a bit annoying but i dont mind that much.

what really confused me yesterday:

some groups that usually were known to kill any soloers moving were not adding in a 3 realm fight yesterday.
i can only speak for us...but we found a 3 realm fight as a part of the game and as a chance to really improve your playstyle and show u can deal with special situation, or just get sandwiched without any chance to kite out (like we usually do).

I love clean 8v8 most but i still didnt loose the little coin of the traditional background of daoc: 3 realms having war with each other... and when i see a mid fg running past a hib and alb fg fighting, then i have to say, THERE is the border of fairness for me. I know if the mid/hib grps that didnt add 3way yesterday, would have added, we were probably the ones that 'suffered' most of it. But still this is no reason for me to say lets get this 8v8 gamestyle to another level...i think we should try to keep the 8v8 with the little chance of getting a 3 way sometimes.. atleast thats what Rare will do.

I would love a more stabile 8v8, but really..when it comes to the day that people or guilds (groups) get pointed at when they start a 3realm fight then this would be the day i'd say this is to much and maybe quit aswell.

In the same way i find it pretty sarcastic to not add in a 3way but still kill soloers and small groups where ever they move.

well i had a really fun time last night!! GDRW, Rare, KT and im sure there was even a cupple of mid pugs out last night! .. and an alb pug or two.

Guys, I really don't mean to sound like a d1ck but adding is something which is going to happen ... the best way by FAR to deal with adding - is for you to send a little private message to the sticky of the add grp - with polite language and calmness that you really enjoy 8v8 and ASK (not tell) them nicely to please let you fight if they don't mind.

I think something which is contraproductive is flaming broad "omg go away ffs" (which i admit to used to be doing) ..... it gives the add grp even more reason to ruin your fights.

@ Hexagone .... i can only apologise for last night. I really wanted to do RR lol - must be one of the few hibs who enjoys leading raids like this with lots of people. I understand that you guys probably enjoy this form of daoc a lot more, and i must have wasted your night last night =( so i'm sorry for that.

It makes no difference how buffed you are, Hunter. The evade rate will remain the same.

Well, thid > emain until this crap ends. Good thing I have two toons there.

If they wanna do it... they can do it, and there are 2 things you can do.

1.) log out - let them alone in emain, for like 30-45 mins and they'll log. but then all have to log out for.

2.) search a second grp. gank them 1-2 times easily and maybe they'll log. But also maybe they lf more


imo i cant understand why highrr's like Hexagone have to 'zerg' the rps.

Yesterday i got a really good rr4-rr5 pug in mid. And we got very nice fights against the SL & MB pugs , thanks both of you for nice rvr action at such a late time. at this point - gratz Albion for the relics! We try to get you together with edn, but it failed. we were just 2 fgs and you looked like 5 fgs? gz anyway
