Hello, can anyone tell me how make Herald BOT for IRC? :)

No ;) For a herald bot you need to ask the creaters of such bots (thraxia being one of them)

also you will most likely need a guild/ally bot if you want to operate it from in-game (such a bot you need a GM for)

Well if i'd haveto explain howto make one we'd be here for a while. I'm considering the possibility of mine joining guildchannels on request though, since it isn't rly strained at all with the channels it is serving atm.
