I am in desperate need of some assistance please. I formed a Guild today on Midgard Server with my lvl 47 Character named Healthplan. I have formed many guilds on live and have never had an issue forming. Here's my issue

We had 8 people at the proper location in Jord.
I was the Group leader
Requests to join went out to all 8 people in the group and all 8 accepted.

So far so good right? WRONG

Bug 1 some people could see all the new Guild tags above peoples heads. I could only see the one above my head so thinking this was some issue I relogged. When I logged back in I see all the tags.

Bug 2 I go to Welcome and thank everyone for helping me form and I have no permissions to talk on this /gu channel. I check the rankings all 7 of the other people are rank 8 except me and I'm rank 9. I tried promoting myself to rank zero and I have no privileges. I then ask the 2nd member listed on the group to see if he could set any of the permissions and he cannot. Not only that but when I look at the Guild roster everyone of us is listed twice on the roster.

I would appreciate any help on this matter so I can get some people invited to the Guild as they have left their current guild to join mine, Also I would like to set my officers and permissions.
