Yes, remove buff pots.

I rather remove charges instead potions, potios are far less dangerous than charges (less points and everybody can get them), but str/cons dex/quick.. charges are closer to buffbot than anything.

no. ask for something that makes sense like remove TOA charges.

remove ranger selfbuffs first and then you can freely remove buffpots.
