The bug is that the amount of mana returned is not conditioned on the remaining hp of the pet. Currently cabs are getting the highest possible amount back even if the pet has 1 hp left.

It is otherwise a legit and useful spell. It is perfectly reasonable for a cabalist to recycle a pet with any amount of hp remaing.

If you want to ban cabalists for using a standard spell that all cabalists use here and on live, and mind you they use it for its intended purpose, then I must imagine that you also want to ban clerics who carry a shield since they block more than they are supposed to.
