I can't log into specific character

Portal opens up, and I am able to get to the character screen... I am able to log into my other two characters except my nightshade. I don't understand, when I try to log in with my Night Shade, it kicks me back to the portal screen.... It doesn't do this with any of my other characters, just this one. Any advice or help would be great ty!

What zone is the NS logged in? Maybe the zone crashed?
